SHON TENKLEY

After growing up in Lynden, WA, (Go Lynden Lions!) he graduated from Centralia Community College with an Associates Degree in 1994. He received his B.A. in Bible and Youth Ministry from Multnomah University in 1997. Shon served as Youth Pastor at Central Bible Church in Portland, Oregon from 1998-2011. In Octber of 2011, Shon answered the call to serve on staff at EBF and started as the Youth Pastor in 2012. In June of 2014 Shon transitioned to the Associate Pastor role. Some of Shon's favorite things about being a pastor include: working with students & families, encouraging men, leading mission trips, going on retreats, meeting with people, helping new people get plugged into the church, teaching, seeing people grow in their faith, facilitating small groups, planning events, and playing sports.  Shon is married to Melody and they have six children.

GRANT MYLES-ERA

Grant is a native of Scotland where he lived until 1996. He relocated here to Olympia in August of 2014 from Orcas Island Community Church, Orcas Island, WA where he had served as Associate Pastor of Worship Arts and Prayer & Care for 9 years. He is married to Ronna and they have two children. Grant and Ronna met one another in 1998 while on a European tour with their bands. After their marriage in Scotland they relocated to Olympia in 1999. He was called to full-time ministry on Orcas in 2005. Grant recently earned a Masters of Divinity degree at Fuller Theological Seminary, and after three years of serving here at EBF as part-time Worship Pastor, he now serves full-time alongside Pastor Shon, sharing pastoral and preaching responsibilites as well as continuing to lead worship regularly. Grant is passionate about shepherding God's people and challenging them to engage with the culture of the local community in which God has planted them and to make connections between cultures and the biblical texts and historic Christian faith once delivered to all the saints. Grant loves to read, write and record music and spend time with his family. 

CALEB FRESHOUR

Caleb is a 2017 graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Spokane with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Youth Ministry. Caleb is married to Ashley. Ashley is also a Moody graduate with an AA degree. Both Caleb and Ashley grew up in the church as children of Youth Pastor's. As a consequence Caleb was involved with youth ministry throughout his Junior High, High School and College years in various leadership roles. He is passionate about spending intentional time with students to assist them in their walk with the Lord.  

Brady daniels

DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP & MEDIA ARTS

Brady began working in ministry in 2007 as a youth intern at Red Mountain Community Church in Mesa, AZ. A couple of years into his internship he decided to make ministry his primary focus and the Lord provided him the opportunity to become a Worship and Video Coordinator, serving full time in the church. Brady graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Family and Human Development. He is currently enrolled at Western Seminary where he is studying Leadership and Ministry. He is married to Shannon and they have one child.
