Together, we will spend intentional time in worship, prayer, and fellowship, and sit under teaching led by the women of Emmanuel as we reflect on God’s power to redeem, restore, and set us free.

Women's Fitness Class
All Levels are welcome to join us early mornings Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30am in the lobby.
We receive workouts from a personal trainer who used to attend EBF before she moved away.
A small fee is required to receive workouts but no cost to come to the church.
To start you just need a mat and a rope for stretching.
You can come for a week to see if it's a good fit before you commit!
